Andy Van Orden, PT, DPT, MBA, LNHA, Vice President & Administrator

Andy Van Orden serves as the Vice President of Operations, Life Plan & Long-term Care Services/Administrator of Windmere. With over 14 years of progressive experience in the aging services field, Andy specializes in operations leadership across the continuum of care. He possesses an entrepreneurial skillset, having successfully initiated and developed new healthcare service lines that enhance patient care and organizational growth.

Mr. Van Orden has led teams in various settings, including Outpatient and Subacute Rehabilitation, Wellness, Home Care, Hospice, and Long-Term Care. His leadership and expertise have consistently driven improvements in patient outcomes and team performance.

Mr. Van Orden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science with Honors from Wake Forest University, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of New Jersey. A graduate of the LeadingAge Larry Minnix Leadership Academy, Andy was honored with the Professional Advancement award by LeadingAge in 2022, recognizing his dedication and contributions to the field.
