Hospice Care

When residents choose the Windmere, they are choosing a place they can call home for the rest of their lives.

While not every resident requires hospice care, it is available if they ever need it.

Sometimes in the aging process, residents decide – in consultation with their doctors – to receive hospice care.

At Windmere, hospice care is integrated into a resident’s unique care plan. In partnership with Valley Hospice through Valley Health System, we provide hospice care that is personally tailored for the comfort of each resident and their families.
