Andy Van Orden, PT, DPT, MBA, LNHA, Vice President & Administrator
Mr. Van Orden has been in the aging services field for over 12 years with a focus on Health and Wellness services across the continuum of care. He has experience leading teams focused on Rehabilitation in the Outpatient and Subacute settings, Wellness, Home Care, and Hospice services.
Mr. Van Orden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science with honors from Wake Forest University, a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. Andy is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of New Jersey.
Mr. Van Orden is a graduate of the Leading Age Larry Minnix Leadership Academy and has earned recognition from LeadingAge with the Professional Advancement award in 2022. He looks forward to working with the Windmere team to serve our beloved residents. He resides in Ringwood with his wife and two children.
